Sandra Harris is the Executive Assistant at Watermaster. Sandra started working at Watermaster in 2012. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from Texas Tech University and a Minor in Business. She also is a Licensed Irrigator and a Licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester. Sandra came to Watermaster from a local municipality. She is knowledgeable in the state and city rules regarding irrigation and backflow. At Watermaster she maintains the Accounts Payables and does the marketing and advertising for the store. She is also a member of the South Plains Irrigation Association. Sandra does volunteer work for the American Windmill Museum in her spare time.
